How Do I Give You My Prescription?
Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.
Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.
What Insurance Do You Accept?
Our PROGEAR® Sunglasses are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages, e.g. VSP, Medicare, etc.
However, we do not process claims directly onsite. We offer an official receipt upon request and you can claim through your administrators.
What is PD? How Can I Find It?
PD stands for Pupillary Distance. You can find out by following the instructions in this link: PD Instructions
How Long Does It Take For An Order To Ship?
We aim to have all prescription orders delivered within 2 weeks including shipping time.
It takes within 2 weeks because custom prescription lenses need 5-7 days to be produced at our laboratory.

Recently purchased the Progear goggles after failing to use contact lenses. Whilst I haven't used them in a competition yet, I can say they look amazing, sturdy, and will work very well whilst training. The strap is also usefell as it will prevent them from falling off, unlike my regular glasses that keep slipping off. They also have the type with brackets, which I will definitely buy to use on a daily basis.
Uncomfortable, pressure on bridge of nose. Doesn't work with motorcycle helmet unfortunately.

We ordered Pro-Gear sports glasses for our 7 year old son for soccer and we are extremely happy with our purchase. After placing the order we were contacted by the customer service team to confirm some measurements and then we received the glasses very quickly after that. They fit perfectly on our son and the prescription is great. We couldn't be happier.
I ordered prescription sports goggles for my daughter, who wears a strong prescription and plays basketball. Shortly after placing the order, I was contacted for clarification regarding the prescription details. The representative was extremely helpful and even advised me to remove certain add-ons that weren’t necessary, resulting in a refund. The goggles arrived promptly, and my daughter absolutely loves them. I’m very pleased with the quality and service, and I’m so glad I chose to order from this company.

excelent quality and fit for my glases
This is our second time ordering sports glasses/goggles from e-optician for my 10 year old. They arrived earlier than expected date. Prescription was correct and loves his new color frames. We will continue to go through them for future sports gear that is not covered my our vision insurance.
