FREE SHIPPING
United States (Free Shipping available on all purchases)
Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia (Free Shipping available on all purchases)
Hong Kong and Macau (minimum purchase HK$449)
Singapore, Taiwan and China (minimum purchase US$138). 
 
STANDARD SHIPPING
We ship all orders by DHL, UPS, FedEx or SF-Express. Delivery confirmation and signature required. Please provide full delivery address and a phone number at time of purchase.  We cannot ship to a PO box.
Shipping normally takes 3-6 days.  But we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames and cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to unexpected customs clearance delays, weather or mechanical delays by the carrier. E-Optician.com is also not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery by the carrier.
We charge a flat courier shipping fee at USD19/pc for major cities worldwide.  For remote area, there will be a further surcharge of USD20/pc.  Exact shipping fee will be determined and shown at the time of order check out.
 
TURNAROUND TIME
Most orders are manufactured within 3-9 days from the time we validate your prescription. Certain orders with extreme prescriptions will take extra time and you’ll be notified before we process your order
Including shipping, most orders can be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
 
IMPORT DUTY, TAX (VAT, GSP, SALES/CONSUMPTION)

Our designated carriers will handle import documentation on behalf of customers at their relevant port of entry with a small fee, i.e. customs brokerage.  Customers are responsible to settle all duty and tax fees with their local customs office through the courier service, before the goods delivered to their doors.  E-Optician will soon launch “Tax/Duty Prepaid” service at discounted fee as option.
