However, we do not process claims directly onsite, neither do we take FSA/HSA cards for direct payment, but reimbursement is super easy and all it takes is 3 simple steps:
- Complete the order by first paying out-of-pocket, and request an itemized receipt while in the cart or email us.
- Go to your insurance or FSA/HSA website and download the relevant insurance form or FSA/HSA reimbursement form.
- Attach the receipt with the form and mail to your insurance company or proceed with reimbursement steps online.

How Do I Give You My Prescription?
Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.
Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.
How Can I Determine What Frame Size I Should Order?

What's The Strongest Prescription Available?
We specialize in strong and difficult prescriptions. For the PROGEAR® Eyeguard Sports Glasses, we can offer as high as -12/+9.
What Insurance Do You Accept?
Our PROGEAR® Eyeguard Sports Glasses are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages, e.g. VSP, Medicare, etc.
However, we do not process claims directly onsite. We offer an official receipt upon request and you can claim through your administrators.

How Long Does It Take For An Order To Ship?
We aim to have all prescription orders delivered within 2 weeks including shipping time.
It takes within 2 weeks because custom prescription lenses need 5-7 days to be produced at our laboratory.
