However, we do not process claims directly onsite, neither do we take FSA/HSA cards for direct payment, but reimbursement is super easy and all it takes is 3 simple steps:

  1. Complete the order by first paying out-of-pocket, and request an itemized receipt while in the cart or email us.

  2. Go to your insurance or FSA/HSA website and download the relevant insurance form or FSA/HSA reimbursement form.

How Do I Give You My Prescription?

Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.

Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.

What's The Strongest Prescription Available?

We specialize in strong and difficult prescriptions. For this model of PROGEAR® Urban Sunglasses, we can offer as high as -4/+6.

What Insurance Do You Accept?

Our PROGEAR® Sunglasses are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages, e.g. VSP, Medicare, etc.

However, we do not process claims directly onsite. We offer an official receipt upon request and you can claim through your administrators.

What is PD? How Can I Find It?

Wonderful sunglasses!

I'm very happy with my new sunglasses! They are perfect for bicycling, as they keep the wind off my eyes. I wear them every day outdoors. The prescription turned out really well, thanks to the extra care from the E-Optician team. I really appreciate that they checked with me to ask if I had any questions after submitting the order, because I did have a question, and they changed my glasses as a result. Be aware that it may take a few more days than you anticipated for the glasses to arrive. But it's worth it!

Good glasses, good service

First time ordering glasses online. Wanted sunglasses not available on High Street. Found the selection and ordering process relatively straightforward. Would have liked photos of how the lens shades would make the real world look, but this is my only gripe in the whole process. Friendly email sent to me checking one aspect of prescription, then a wait of just under a couple of weeks for glasses to arrive. They fitted perfectly and look great. Very happy, would use again and would recommend with confidence.

the curved perscription lenses makes it feel as if I am looking through a fishbowl and it gave me a lot of trouble focusing.

After snow skiing for 2 days giving my eye and brain the time required to adjust to the curved lenses I can say that the glasses are good and I am a happy camper.

I quickly wrote you because the fishbowl effect gave me an intense headache and I alternated betweeen standard Rx eyegasses and your curved and the fishbowl was difficult to focus.

With this email I am retracting my concern and I will continue to enjoy your Rx eyeglasses.
