Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.
Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.

What Insurance Do You Accept?
Our FREE FORM® Eyewear are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages, e.g. VSP, Medicare, etc.
However, we do not process claims directly onsite. We offer an official receipt upon request and you can claim through your administrators.

Nice glasses but the spring metal won't keep the glasses from falling. I'm unsure how to tighten them as I don't want to accidentally bend the metal.

These lovely blue frames were just what I was looking for - really lightweight, arm length just right, thin arms which slip neatly behind my hearing aids and very comfortable nose bridge.
