Our prescription eyewear and swim goggles are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages. They are also eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement.
However, we do not process claims directly onsite, neither do we take FSA/HSA cards for direct payment, but reimbursement is super easy and all it takes is 3 simple steps:
- Complete the order by first paying out-of-pocket, and request an itemized receipt while in the cart or email us.
- Go to your insurance or FSA/HSA website and download the relevant insurance form or FSA/HSA reimbursement form.
- Attach the receipt with the form and mail to your insurance company or proceed with reimbursement steps online.

Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.
Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.
How Can I Determine What Frame Size I Should Order?

What's The Strongest Prescription Available?
We specialize in strong and difficult prescriptions. For the PROGEAR® Eyeguard Sports Glasses, we can offer as high as -12/+9.
What Insurance Do You Accept?
Our PROGEAR® Eyeguard Sports Glasses are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages, e.g. VSP, Medicare, etc.
However, we do not process claims directly onsite. We offer an official receipt upon request and you can claim through your administrators.

How Long Does It Take For An Order To Ship?
We aim to have all prescription orders delivered within 2 weeks including shipping time.
It takes within 2 weeks because custom prescription lenses need 5-7 days to be produced at our laboratory.

There was great communication. I had picked out a pair that really didn’t fit my face. They sent me an email along with a different choice. They did a great job with the prescription, I just feel the atm of the glasses are a bit too tight.
Prescription is perfect. I bought the crystal clear frame and notice if looking down to the ground with my eyes but not bending my head my vision is blocked by the frame, this is a minor annoyance that I will get used in time. The only other issue is in super hot weather (sweating), combined with a ball cap (reduced air flow) they tend to fog up. Other than these 2 minor issues they have met my expectations.

Excellent service and excellent product. My 8 yr old son loves them and is now playing football better than Ronaldo….and he looks cooler.
My son is 6 years old and needed glasses that could fit under a helmet for hockey/football and also would stay on better for basketball and other sports. E-optician was fabstastic in recommending 2 styles that would fit him and they were beyond thorough in assuring the lenses were made properly. The glasses have worked perfectly for what we use them for. We will definitely use them again!

I love the glasses love the way they are made a fit my son. I also loved how the customer service reaches out to confirm and make sure everything is in order. The only reason that I am leaving a 4 instead of a 5 is because the glasses get really dark with the transition and it make it hard for my son to see out of them but he is getting used to it
