However, we do not process claims directly onsite, neither do we take FSA/HSA cards for direct payment, but reimbursement is super easy and all it takes is 3 simple steps:

  1. Complete the order by first paying out-of-pocket, and request an itemized receipt while in the cart or email us.

  2. Go to your insurance or FSA/HSA website and download the relevant insurance form or FSA/HSA reimbursement form.

Once you complete the prescription lens selection, you will be asked to upload an image of your prescription before you add-to-cart.

Alternatively, you can also email a picture of your prescription to cs@e-optician.com after you place the order.

What's The Strongest Prescription Available?

We specialize in strong and difficult prescriptions. For this model of PROGEAR® Urban Sunglasses, we can offer as high as -6/+6.

What Insurance Do You Accept?

Our PROGEAR® Sunglasses are covered by most major vision plans and insurance packages, e.g. VSP, Medicare, etc.

However, we do not process claims directly onsite. We offer an official receipt upon request and you can claim through your administrators.

Good quality glasses

Quick service, they made sure the fit was correct, light weight frames good quality lenses, really clear vision. My only criticism is that the progression for the vari focal lense is limited so that the lower section of the lense field of view is quite narrow and not as progressive as my non sports lenses. But it’s fine for riding my bike and looking down at the Garmin .

Great product tailored to my requirements

It took a while to sort out the basics - I have a multifocal prescription, and while this was no problem for e-optician, there was a compromise about lens thickness around the edge of the frames which only affected my peripheral vision. However, as these glasses are primarily for running and I generally look straight ahead, this was no major issue. It also took a while to produce the lenses (which wasn't explained at the time, but was confirmed via a quick email exchange), but once the glasses were dispatched, they arrived quickly and I am delighted with them.
